  Kiran's on Soho Road is a 100% 10/10 Bridal/Party outfit specialist. The customer service and professionalism again is 100% 10/10. I would highly recommend as I experienced the best service along with the best, most unique and stunning fashion with their one off pieces and designs. They put true heart, passion and integrity and honesty into their work and treat every customer as family. Minni and Nisha were the ladies I was lucky enough to have as my specialists- I couldn't praise them high enough. Absolutely fantastic at their jobs and such a keen eye for fashion and what suits every individual. I will always use Kiran's for future events and parties.

  I would highly recommend Kirans and especially Nisha!! If I could give more stars I would. My sister bought her lengha last year and Nisha was incredible and created such a welcoming environment for the whole family. I went back for my lengha and honestly wasn’t disappointed. Same calm and welcoming environment. Nisha was reassuring throughout the whole process from picking the lengha, changing the detailing, confirming when it would ready to the day I picked it up. My lengha arrived earlier than expected and she recommended coming back a couple of weeks before my big day to have it fitted to ensure that it’s prefect.

  My daughter and I have just collected her bridal outfit from Kiran's today. We would like to say a huge and special thank you to Nisha in particular and to all the staff that have made our visit to Kiran's a warm, welcoming and friendly experience. From my daughter's first bridal appointment, we knew we were in good hands with Nisha. Her friendly, warm manner made us feel at ease immediately. She listened to what kind of bridal outfit my daughter was looking for and spent time and attention to every detail from her first and to her final fitting, giving valuable information on ensuring how to dress her bridal outfit on her wedding day. I've not only been impressed by Kiran's professionalism and experienced staff but I think what stood out for me was ensuring that my daughter was able to take home her bridal outfit today and ensured that the tailoring that needing doing was done at such short notice to avoid us coming back again on a further visit. These are the small things that make a big difference when when choosing a store that gives you the confidence that they will meet your expectations, if not higher, in giving an outstanding customer service. Thank you all for making our visits to your store a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Kiran's not only for the vast collection of Asian wear but for their committed friendly staff.

  First shop i visited for my wedding outfit, best service. My outfit was delivered on time. I can’t wait to wear it on my big day! Thank you to all the staff at Kirans and Kiran! They made my dream dress ♥️ it was definitely worth the two hour drive there! Thank you girls.

  Pushy sales lady as soon as I walked through the door. She was literally on top of me as I tried to browse the rails, wouldn't move out of my way and was right in my face. Definitely needs to improve her customer skills. Not everyone that enters the shop is going to purchase an outfit fgs. Back off!

  My daughter Maya and I were so impressed with the staff at Kirans. We had a wonderful experience and Nisha especially went above and beyond for us- she listened to our requirements and delivered the MOST perfect outfit.. it came out even better than what we envisaged.   Both my husband and I purchased our wedding outfits from Kiran's. The experience was flawless from start to finish and the staff were so friendly and attentive throughout. They made us feel like they really cared for us and wanted the outfits to be as perfect as possible.They would always greet us was huge smiles and they became like family! Nothing was ever too much trouble and we couldn't recommend them enough. A huge special thanks to Nisha, Sukh and Kiran who went over and beyond to ensure our happiness! Nisha insisted I try on a bridal outfit that I was initially unsure of, and low and behold, I fell in love! She knew exactly what I needed and was looking for more than I did! We look forward to popping in and saying hello whenever we are visiting the area and a massive thank you once again for all you have contributed in allowing us to have the most magical day! We both loved our final looks which wouldn't have been possible without you all!

  Wanted a cocktail saree with a detailed blouse . I know that only one shop that would be able to fulfill my request without a delay and importantly deliver the outfit in a 100 per cent perfection ... Given only 5 weeks notice staff at Kirans listened to my ideas and worked with me to create an outstanding piece and had it ready in 4 weeks . Amazing customer service ..most reliable Asian designer shop by far ... Thank you Kiran and fabulous team ❤️
