Every so often new people are brought in from other areas & half of them are absolute super stars. However, the long term staff here (not all) some certainly need to brush up on their people skills & the older lady in particular (short, late 50s early 60s very short hair) needs to realise when inspecting peoples properties it is NOT acceptable to look in cupboards or the fridge! Current housing manager seems great much better people skills than HM!
