We've dined here before and the food was lovely ! First time getting a takeaway tonight and the food was average at best ! Both our curries tasted almost identical , the naan was undercooked , the bhajis and pakoras were greasy and flavourless . Ordered off a menu I'd picked up 30 minutes earlier to be given a price that was nearly 10 pounds over what the menu stated and then told when I picked it up that the menu they gave me was years old and all the prices had increased !! Will not use again for either eat in or take away !!

Had a fab meal here this evening. Waiters attentive but not overly intrusive. Nice place we will come back again but on a quieter evening as it was really loud even though we were in relatively early.

UPDATE: Since posting this review the restaurant have contacted me and offered compensation for our experience which I have accepted. They have since been very helpful. I've ordered before and had good food however when I ordered tonight the food took an hour and a half to turn up. When it arrived it was freezing cold. I wish I was exaggerating. When I called the restaurant the person I spoke with was unhelpful and hung up on me. I called back to be told there was nothing they could do despite the fact I ordered on their own website. They said they were busy and had a new driver. I understand both points but when spending a lot of money those things shouldn't impact my experience as a customer. Had they handled their response differently this would have been left however the lack of willingness to take any ownership of the issue or try resolve it means I will not be ordering or visiting again. Really disappointed to have wasted so much money

We have recently arrived from New Zealand for a family visit and decided to order in a curry as we had heard the food from here was good. We ordered food for four people which came to around £75 then waited ……and waited and waited. After an hour and five minutes my daughter rang up to enquire the whereabouts of the food only to be given the regularly used delaying tactic of “sorry it’s on its way” another 20 minutes passed before the delivery turned up, just so you know the shop is literally 2 minutes away in a car. We started to dish out the food and it soon became clear that it had been stood (or travelling around the area) for quite some time as it was all cold. Not just a bit cold but really cold. The food itself was inedible, the shami kebabs looked awful like they were under cooked or raw, those were binned straight away. Why did you eat any of it you might ask? Well we were starving by this time as it had taken so long to arrive and it was too late to order anything else. My daughter rang up to complain, £75 is not an insignificant amount to waste on inedible food, the first time they hung up on her, on her second attempt they used the excuse that “they were busy and had a new delivery driver” neither of which was our problem or should have had any impact on the quality of the food. Apart from that nothing, no apology no offer of any full or partial reimbursement, nothing! This long review is to genuinely warn people from ordering take aways from this establishment. The food was awful and the customer service was non existent. I would have given no stars if possible.
