After visiting Austria my husbands favourite cake is a sachertorte. As these are impossible to find in NI I order them from this bakery. The first order was brilliant. They second order for his birthday wasnt received on the day I ordered it for, told it would come 5 days after being posted and after his birthday. Had to buy a replacement cake only for this one to actually turn up. Unfortunately they only come in a postal box and the delivery company handled it sideways bringing it to the door so it was squashed on one side. Update - I have recently been contacted by Hubert and he couldn't have been more apologetic. Perfect example of customer service when things out of their control go wrong! 5 star service

So disappointed with the cakes yesterday (sachertorte and Mozartorte) - both dry, just nit up to the usual standard. Perhaps because it was Bank Holiday Monday? Complained about the first one and the waiter said they would mention it. Ordered the other one and comme ted about that one too but nothing done about this. Big shame. Was so looking forward to this outing w two members of my family. Edit: thanks for getting in touch about this so quickly Hubert!
