I have used the services of this place many times as I'm unaware of anywhere else locally offering the same products. Clearly though they think they are untouchable due to this. I visited earlier today to have a second repair on a pressure hose in as many weeks. The repair was completed on the hose but cost 60% more than 2 weeks prior for the same thing. When I questioned this I was told that he had to add on more labour as his colleague had spent a few more minutes telling me a different part of my product wasn't working so the repair was actually pointless. I suggested that surely a regular customer would expect that few minutes to be classed as customer service. He said the price is what I said. When I said I would not be returning in future after my experience the counter assistant said that it was my choice and they were unlikely to go bankrupt due to me. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Wouldn't of given any stars but could not leave review if I didnt.
