Absolutely useless! Customer service hand book must of been thrown away, how they're still in business is beyond me, they can't even be bothered to reply to emails or contact a dealer to have a new car delivered, even though it's been in the country over 2 weeks! AVOID DEALING WITH THESE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute shambles! Kinto sit behind a few car lending brokers and man are they slow. In my case it took me more than 3 weeks to get an approval from them and still haven't received anything. It takes them 3 days just to get back then ask for documents that should've alrwady been asked for. Terrible, I hope the car lending brokers really move away from them otherwise they will lose customers.

Worst vehicle management company I've ever dealt with. 7 days later still trying to get a replacement vehicle and a further 10 days to get my work vehicle looked at. 5 hours total on the phone trying to sort all these issues. Unbelievable service!

The recent experience is beyond shambolic. It doesn't deserve 1 Star. Everytime we call I'm on hold for an hour. Yesterday we was left stranded for nearly 10hrs, in a cold wet and unlit area. Worst experience ever.

Horrendous company. We use this company to arrange any vehicle-related matters through my work. Unfortunately, I can't bypass them. My current issue is receiving emails from them asking for you to book your vehicle for an MOT or Service. You reply and hear nothing and then get a follow-up reminder. Or they book your vehicle in and they fail to notify you. Head banging frustration.

Terrible experience working here, they've no interest in developing their staff and there is no learning and development structure at all. It's very much a case of "if your face fits". If you show an interest in the business and developing, I guarantee you will be in the "wrong" department and so cannot learn and develop. Management will keep making the same mistakes and expecting different results, very slow to learn and look at new ways of improving the business. Avoid at all costs.

Just be careful working here … it’s not a call centre you will do mostly emails and admin … very clicky and not interested in helping you to learn.. always say ask questions and it takes you ages to learn …. This is incorrect and make you feel rubbish but the ones that have been there for ever can do what they like… avoid this place
