Just tried to book an appointment had a very abrupt receptionist take the call she raised her voice and was not able to explain properly why i could not make an appointment to see a doctor just asked me to phone back tomorrow. I have not been to the Drs for a few years so not sure how it works now and still dont.

My partner called last week as she had been having head aches. No one wanted to see her and told her to change her contraceptive pill over the phone with no checks. Head aches continued so we went to Poole A&E, and my partner has a blood clot on her brain and is currently in Southampton hospital. Formal complaint to follow. I suppose it’s covids fault

I have never had an issue with this surgery. I registered here after moving from Bristol, and this surgery has been very helpful and supportive since joining. I have never had an issue with the receptionist, doctors, nurses, or getting an appointment. The NHS is overworked, and the doctors here have squeezed me in, even just before they are due to finish for the day. I have found this surgery very helpful.

The only qualifications that the receptionists have at this doctor's surgery in is a degree in complete rudeness and not giving a s...t!!! I am in domiciliary home care and if I spoke to any of my clients how those rude individuals speak to me I wouldn't have any clients!!! Thank god I don't get I'll very often cause if I did I would end up suicidal speaking to these receptionists!!!

Reception staff are borderline incompetent they mixed up my child with another patient, very dismissive and rude when called to challenge prescriptions whereabouts. Changing surgery now due to lack of confidence

Absolutely appalled by by the staff's advice! After having a blocked ear for over a week and trying everything to help it . I had no choice but to call the surgery. When they then told me their was nothing they could do and need to see a private consultant. What a joke ! They shouldn't be able to open !

The receptionists are extremely rude and don't let you finish a sentence. They self-diagnose and think my families problems are petty and not worth a doctors time. After seeing the doctor for their 'petty' problems both my daughter and husband have been prescribed with antibiotics. That doesn't seem as simple as "constipation" to me.
