We have been trying to get a booking for a while now, and were lucky to book a sibling haircut by Fran. My girls absolutely loved the experience. They have had some bad experiences at hairdressers who do not understand their mixed hair, but all those reservations just just melted away with the lovely atmosphere and the expertise. Throughout the appointment they were made to feel comfortable, all the steps were explained to them and cuts were agreed with them and they felt so proud and special about their hair by the end of the appointment. Fran gave me tips and showed how to look after the girls hair at home and I was able to buy the products needed as well. We will definitely go back! Kizzy's honesty, wit and professionalism confirmed that I had found the dream hairdresser I had been longing for and she hadn’t even touched my hair yet. She was thorough during the consultation, understanding my hair routine, concerns and how I felt about my hair. Fran was fab too, explaining every step of the styling process and ensuring it was interactive, so I could recreate defined and happy curls at home. I fell in love with my hair and have found a new level of confidence and do not feel the need to hide behind my curls and will embrace the fluffier days. Thank you again for making my son “Blake” enjoy his first ever haircut visit! Kizzy and Fran were both amazing with him!❤️ Blake came out of the salon and in his own words “ I loved it! When can I go again!” His favourite part was the shampooing (and the swirling chair! ) apparently and of course the little thoughtful treats! Kizzy was so thorough and holds extensive knowledge and experience to maintaining curly hair. She educated and widened my knowledge in that single session and even agreed to put the information on an email for me to maintain Blake’s curls and I’m so very grateful.
