This is the second time we have hired Kinson & Birch to carry out roof repairs and installing new guttering in W4 4EG area. Both times we've been very happy with their work and their staff. I have waited 2 years to post this review as I wanted to make sure that the roof performed (which it did). They provided us with various options to correct an old flat roof. A week before work was due to start the roof sustained a significant leak. They came out the same day to provide a temporary waterproofing until the permanent fix was made. After completing the job they came back a week later to check on it. Very pleased.

Jimmy was very helpful from the outset and was able to provide an accurate recommendation & quote for the job from a couple of photos. Communication was excellent throughout and the team arrived first thing on the advised day and completed the job within a few hours. The quality of the work looks great & we're delighted with the result. They took great care of the property, left no mess and were very respectful of distance & face coverings (with the pandemic situation) and also worked through a snow flurry.
