    This doctors needs closing down, if it was a school offsted would have it in special measures. You can never get through on the phone, god knows what the receptionists are doing 40 mins on hold trying to book in with a nurse and they just disconnect the call. Walk down to the surgery and their all sat doing nothing. This surgery doesnt deserve a penny of tax payers money.

    Turned my girlfriend away from an urgent appointment for being 10 minutes late despite her saying how ill she was. She was told to re book but as it turned out she would not have lived long enough to see it and was on the acute assessment ward of pinderfields shortly afterwards. Receptionist lied about the encounter on the ensuing complaint. TERRIBLE NEGLIGENT SERVICE.

    NO STARS AT ALL VERY POOR AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT WAS GIVEN 30 JULY 2018 FOR THE FOLLOWING MONDAY 6 AUGUST 2018 ON GETTING MY HUSBAND TO THE SURGERY HE COULD NOT STAND UP ON HIS OWN AND WAS BURNING UP WITH A FEVER. I STRUGGLED TO GET MY HUSBAND INTO THE SURGERY TO BE TOLD THE APPOINTMENT HAD BEEN CANCELLED BY TEXT THE DOCTOR WAS OFF SICK. I WAS SHOCKED TO BE TOLD THIS NO OFFER OF WAITING AND ANOTHER DOCTOR WOULD HELP US I THEN HAD N O CHOICE BUT TO GO THROUGH TO PONTEFRACT A/E AND WE WAITED OVER 4 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES. AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. PONTEFRACT WERE OVERSTRETCHED WITH PATIENTS ALL THE GPs SEEM TO BE SENDING THEIR PATIENTS TO THEM. I AM VERY ANGRY AT THE SYSTEM.
