The whole process of purchasing a caravan was made extremely easy and stress-free. We popped down at the weekend and were free to browse all of the caravans without any sales pressure, all of our questions regarding the van we liked were answered and again felt no pressure to purchase. Once we decided to buy the van we liked, we provided a list of small repairs we wanted to be looked at and all of them were completed within a few days and the van was ready for collection. The handover was easy and everything on the list was ticked off. Gareth was amazingly helpful in answering any questions we had.

Well what a service bought my 2018 Bailey cartagena off Ryan After a bad exsperience in Essex I gave Kinnen caravans a call so took a drive the same day not only was the van cheapest in uk the service of Ryan and his team was welcoming I stayed local and took the van after 2 days it was serviced and cleaned Had an issue with the window Ryan hand delivered a new one to cardiff so it was safe in transit !! If that ain’t above and beyond I dunno what is PERFECT PLACE to buy ur dream holiday retreat Top job It’s not something u buy everyday but wen I want to exchange Kinnen is where I will be going

Easy going just let us walk around, all of the caravans are open, no hassle from salesmen trying to sell you something they want to sell you rather than what I want to buy, fast turnaround only a couple of days wait. Did a great deal ( money of & loads of extras including delivery) I would recommend 100%.

We traded in our 11yr old caravan and finally settled on a 2018 Coachman. I really cannot fault the service we have received off Ryan and his staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Special mention for Sarah who showed us round many caravans. All the caravans are top rate and if you find one you like with any issues they are sorted immediately. Will would definitely recommend Kinnens and will definitely go back again. Hope to keep our van for a few years as we love it.

Arrived to view caravan saw online, during viewing another couple came to view same caravan claiming had already arranged online. Salesman distracted us to other caravans on the lot allowing couple to immediately say they would have it. Salesman advised to discuss between ourselves to see who would want it. Effectively to argue it out for a sale. Really appalling service and underhanded. First come should mean First served.
