    If I could do less than 1 star I would. Horrendous staff and awful service. KFH actively work against leaseholders and charges them for the ‘pleasure.’ ‘Manages’ a HTB 2022 block of flat but to this date has not disclosed to residents we have the WORST CLADDING. No accountability whatsoever. Unprofessional and no integrity and massive turnover of staff. Their behaviour has been disgusting.

    Personally I have found that KFH have been unhelpful and failed manage SC costs. For me Linda has failed in performing her duties. I know that the neighbouring block have gotten rid of them due to poor performance. I wouldn’t recommend.
