I have rented my flat through KFH since 2008 and I have had a number of different property managers since then. From about Oct 2022 my property manager has been Mishaal Mehmood and I wanted to write a review of the service I have received since Mishaal took over because Mishaal has been absolutely fantastic as my property manager: responsive, professional, proactive and polite, taking the time to provide clear updates and always going above and beyond to quickly resolve any issues without fuss or drama (and without needing to be chased!). Mishaal has also recently proactively acted as liaision with the management company for the block in which the flats is situated and I have felt reassured to know that my flat and tenancy is in such good hands. I am grateful that Mishaal is my property manager - thank you Mishaal !

KFH rent out our flat in Lee and they have been absolutely brilliant. They have never dropped the ball or made even a spelling mistake on the paperwork. They advertised our flat, showing around 30 people around within a week and we received multiple offers above the asking price. Our current tenants then decided to stay and they said “fantastic” and didn’t charge us anything for all the work they’d done looking for new tenants. The communication from Gemma and the team is excellent and they always remind us of things we’ll in advance. Thank you, it has made our lives much easier not having to worry about anything to do with the flat.
