    I gave them the benefit of the doubt since 2020. Now I'm not happy with them at all. No one in our development likes or trusts them anymore. What a shame that they take their responsibilities for so many professional people as such a joke. They should be ashamed. I've highlighted the issue with our local MP, who has since contacted them for action. There is potential for legal action to follow. No transparency, putting residents in financial difficulty with sudden charges for no reason, no responses, no AGM, no maintenance of our boilers. No responsibility taken. Rising service charge, exhaustion of our financial buffers in the service charge. Building insurance way above market rates. Truly horrible. Burning money at this place.

    Avoid avoid avoid...they are terrible and you can't possibly find anyone worse We have had KFH managing my block since I moved there in 2019. Their service started badly, and has deteriorated to the point where there is zero trust with them. Charges with no explanations, get annoyed when asked questions by the leaseholders and no response to complaints made to senior management. Senior management even made the mistake of replying to a complaint saying "don't worry, this won't go anywhere" thinking they were forwarding the message to the individual the complaint was made about. A joke of a company who firmly believe they don't have to answer to anyone and can charge what they like.

    Rochina Silvera has worked with Belvedere Court for quite some time now. She has always been extremely friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Rochina has, unfailingly, responded in good time and with great efficiency to the issues I have raised with her; she is very conscientious and her attitude to solving problems - sometimes when great diplomacy is required with owners/tenants - is excellent. She has been and is a great asset to KFH. With many problems and much complicated work to be achieved at Belvedere Court in the months ahead, it is reassuring to know that Rochina will be there, committed, as always, in helping to find the best solutions, for the benefit of all, along the way.     Although We have had good experiences with the team we dealt with when we needed to rent a house, we are having serious issues with the team that manages the house we are in in behalf of our landlords. There have been problems that were supposed to be sorted even before us moving in but nothing has been done so far and a year has nearly passed. They are not responsive at all, they will never call you back unless you chase them constantly and I keep having different people asking me what the problem is (it seems there is a high turnover of people and apparently the new person that joins does not get all the information needed to sort those issues) and we have just been left with some serious issues although we do pay our rent on time every month. So if you rent a house through them (Wimbledon) I would really avoid any house that is managed by them because you might find yourself in a very stressful situation!
