This man is nothing more than a salesman who portrays himself as a bicycle enthusiast but passes the work to an unskilled labourer. As part of a service he "repaired" my son's bike brakes which were in fact new and attempted to charge for this. The person who does his work is so unskilled that he completely bodged a spoke replacement which I later took to Halfords who were perplexed at the amateur attempt of a repair. The owner is rude and unhelpful.

WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING THIS MAN TO COURT!!! While the bike I purchased from him is now in storage while we proceed with our claim I got exactly the same bike for £400 less from Halfords and that has demonstrated even more so how shoddy the workmanship was. They are in different leagues. The bike I purchased has had to be returned to base multiple times at my own cost and still does not work despite being told on last return that it had had a full service. I have asked that the bike be returned and so far not obliging and just excuses. I will provide weekly updates until hopefully I receive a refund for a £1300 bike that has never worked properly. Plus the £100's paid in returning the bike. The identical bike is available at Halfords for £900. I am writing this review as the owner is not answering my calls All I did was try and remove a nail to put the chain back on as it kept coming off. The electrics and engine which have never worked properly were not touched. This an irresponsible seller. Do not purchase off this man Dear Ms Mazure, I have received all your emails and your father's. Firstly I DO NOT respond to threats as I told you before, after experiencing your father's previous threats. I am not prepared to keep going over this with you but suffice to say you have tampered and damaged the bike as I told you before and in truth you invalidated your warranty, but as a gesture of goodwill I did repair your bike on various occasions. I have never experienced anything like the amount of faults you keep referring to me and complain about and I can therefore only assume that the bike is being mistreated in some way. I will no longer communicate with you and will only respond to the Court if that is the route you wish to take. PLEASE THEREFORE REFRAIN FROM CONTACTING ME EITHER BY TELEPHONE OR EMAIL AS THOSE COMMUNICATIONS WILL GO UNANSWERED AND PLEASE ADVISE YOUR FATHER OF THE SAME. Mr C Karasavvas

We have had recommended bike for nearly 6 months. It has been returned 3 times at a cost of £300 by us. Each time was poor workmanship. I am not returning 4th time. Seller has no sense of responsibility for his own poor workmanship. He speaks like a man experienced with fobbing of complaints.Bike is also way overpriced so seller could have been honourable..
