A particular GP here didn't even look at my face while consultation, I spent penny for cab and came a long way here just to attend a face to face consultation without looking at my face. The GP was just looking at the Computer and typing something. This is not something I expected. I was literally feeling terrible the day before and wanted someone to listen to my problem and answer it properly. Worst GP ever. Being a patient in UK is the worse.

Best Doctors surgery ever. Rang this morning at 8am, was No 11 in the queue, my call was taken within about 5 minutes and dealt with efficiently. I was face to face with a Doctor at 11.20am. You literally can't get a better service than that! I have been with this surgery for 30+ years and have always been dealt with kindly and professionally by all staff members.
