Absolutely fabulous service. I can not fault them. All the staff are amazing, you are made to feel so welcomed from the start and no request is too much trouble. I have always been able to see a GP for a face to face consultation when requested. The new surgery looks fabulous, Its clean and welcoming and its always nice to be greeted with a happy smiley face behind the reception. I always have and will continue to recommend this surgery.

I only wish I'd registered at this surgery sooner. After being told I'd have to wait 2 weeks to have a lump examined at another doctors, I decided to transfer to Kingswell and was seen that same afternoon. The doctor was so kind and the receptionist staff were really helpful. It's so reassuring to know that I will be able to get seen quickly in the future when I need it, after feeling really let down by my previous doctors. Thank you so much Kingswell.

The doctors are wonderful people and care about you as an individual person. I recommend that anyone that is looking for a decent doctors surgery to sign up asap!!

Awful attitude and level of care. Read this before you consider registering here. I am over 50 and I have never before experienced such disinterest in my welfare from an NHS provider. I rang and asked for an appointment as I had received quite a deep cat bite, I also mentioned that I thought I might need a tetanus injection for it as my last one had been over ten years ago. I was given an appointment with a nurse, and told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork (I’m not registered with a local practice). On my arrival, I was told I should have arrived 30 minutes early, which is not what I was told when I rang to make the appointment. The nurse that saw me was surly, didn't say a word to me, didn't ask about the bite, just took me into a room, gave me a tetanus jab and said 'you're done'. When I asked if she could please check under the plasters to see if the bite needed further care she stared at me in uncomfortable silence and then said no, I was only booked in to have a tetanus booster. She was content for me to leave the surgery with no idea how bad the bite was. I went to reception and told them that I had only been given the tetanus and not had the bite looked at, but they were completely disinterested and told me that the nurse was only qualified to give injections, nothing else, so couldn’t look at the bite. My wife asked if there was anyone else that could look at the bite, but was told that there wasn’t. Having requested an appointment about a cat bite and tetanus, it seemed very strange that they didn’t mention when I made the appointment, that they would only deal with the tetanus injection (which was actually not as important and urgent to me as having someone assess the wounds). It seems there is no point in making any formal complaint so I just hope that this review will prevent someone else getting the shock of being badly treated by someone in the caring profession. It upset me more than I expected and on reflection I think it was the shock of being made to feel unwelcome and uncared for because in the past I have always experienced kindness and care from nurses and doctors.
