Called just after 8am to get an appointment, told was number 1 in the queue, 25 minutes later, still number 1 in the queue. Did not get through on phone, had to go to surgery to get an appointment.

I came over to see my daughter who has been unwell and needed a certificate for work so tried to call the surgery for her. I phoned at 11.43am and was 4th in the queue and after 1 hour 40 mins still hadn't got through so went in to be told they were closed this afternoon! No apology, and website says open until 6 30pm. Totally unacceptable

Good surgery. Have two young children. Always get appointment when urgent. Waiting time on call is long, but don’t know a surgery that isn’t. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

When I phoned one evening I was told I was number 3 in the queue. 35 minutes later I was through! Now, even with only 1 receptionist on duty that is about 10 minutes to answer each caller.

Been with Kingsway Surgery for 14 years - they are now absolutely dire. Cannot get through on the phone (message that you can use online service to book appts - I used to be able but not any more) Constant obsession with covid and appears ANY other illness is if little or NO interest to them. Such an awful surgery that I have opted to use private health care. Way to go Kingsway - Clap for the NHS!!?

Great building , pleasent nice staff to speak too if you can actually get an appointment on the day or anytime Ring at 8am , constantly engaged, ring at 1 , constantly engaged,if you do get through,no appointments ,have to ring back next day to go through the whole tedious process of disappointment, stress and frustration . Was so much better before the surgeries were separate, actual personal service before the NHS fatcats got involved to supposedly make the system better not worse with the crouch vale centre Top tip, don't get sick ,or just go to to A&E, least you get to see someone after 4 hrs and you can get a coffee !

Useless! Never been so let down with them the receptionists haven’t got a clue, I was booked in for an appointment to have my ears syringed but when I call them regarding confirmation they seemed to have forgot that an appointment was even made.. Doesn’t help when you already suffer with tinnitus and are starting to go deaf in one ear! Don’t even bother try go somewhere else if possible!
