Unhelpful to retired person. Items ordered but were not received. Would not refund or replace order. Evidently parcel was left on door step on open street, photo sent, but they would not take it up with Royal Mail. They said as far as they were concerned it was delivered. It was just left, anyone could take it and not even in a safe place. Unacceptable, over £100 lost and they said tough! couldn't replace ... not happy as this is a lot of money for retired person to cope with .... :-(

Have used Kingsway Plumbing Supplies several times over the past few years and they have always been helpful. I had to call in on Wednesday as I had a leaky lead water main. I was expecting to have to buy a repair kit of some sort but was advised it could be mended easily by tapping the lead. Pleased to say this worked well and saved me pounds Thanks!
