I have been with this surgery since they were setup in a house on Kingsway - 30 years ago. Since then it has just gone down hill slowly, slowly. Impossible to get a face to face appointment, neither is getting an emergency next day appointment any easier. If you are new and want to register, look somewhere else. I am finally moving surgery too. [Miss the family doctor days, when they knew all about your health issues. These days every time its a new doctor, who has no idea about you.]

It's a shame to be registered somewhere with a GP & for treatment and appointments go elsewhere 😞, it seems u apply for a physic course in a college but they take u to literature classes . Emergency appointments are by telephone , so awkward, don't recommend

The “pandmlc” has been a great gift to the health sector. Three years on, they still refuse to see their patients face-to-face but have the audacity to demand a pay rise. Government spends the equivalent of £12,000 per household per annum on the NHS but its f4r-l3ft bosses squander it on managers, diverslty non-jobs, etc.

Absolutely shocking gp surgery. Appointments are basically impossible to get. No chance of a face to face appointment. They might as well not have a physical building as everything is done remotely. Youd think they operate with only 1 Doctor and 1 reception staff. So so so bad. This is nothing new, its not to do with current crisis. I was a patient there my whole life and my parents still are..not for much longer.
