Adrian and Team refurbished our armchair to a superb standard. We bought the chair 17 years ago and the cushions were crushed and fabric was in a right state. The chair came back as good as new with new fabric and piping and new seat cushions. Great job, I’m very happy.

Adrian and his team did a fantastic job completely restoring my mid- century leather swivel chairs, They took a lot of care finding the best quality and appropriate leather and thread. The chairs were well loved and worn out and now look and feel amazing. I am looking forward to them lasting another 50 years, thank you! if they had more stars I would definitely have given higher rate.Great service, high professionalism.There are not many professional people like those that they really take pride in the craft jobs.Adrian did a fantastic job with my chairs.Highly recommended.I went to three different places before choosing KTU and one of they they quoted me three times more than KTU and asked me three times the fabric that was really required.Honest people amazing work!

They were excellent. I've used KTU several times over the years and they are friendly, efficient, competitive on price and even pick up and deliver! .... and they also pass on all the savings they get on fabrics (which they buy direct from the manufacturer) which is WAY less expensive than buying fabric yourself. Totally recommend!!

We found everyone in the workshop extremely personable and lovely to deal with. All our questions were answered promptly. The craftsmanship was beautiful at the end, and the client was thrilled to have much loved furniture so well restored. A fantastic service, would highly recommend this great family business.

Moved from the US to the UK with a sofa too big to fit into our flat and hired KTU to help us with this. They were able to dis-assemble the sofa into smaller pieces and then reassemble it in our flat without any damage to the sofa interior or exterior. They walked us through the whole process to ensure we were comfortable with how it would be done. Ultimately the sofa came out perfectly. I'm especially appreciative of how careful they were with the delicate suede upholstery on the exterior of the sofa, which survived the process completely unharmed. Looks great!
