Everyone was really friendly from the minute I walked through the door (and prior on the phone as I was stuck in traffic and running late). Really COVID safe, with gel, fresh gloves and masks. Incredibly reassuring. I thought this was a wonderful touch at keeping everyone entering the building and working there, really safe. The radiographer doing my scan was really lovely, friendly, efficient, helpful, couldn't have asked for a better experience. I hope it's the same if I have to go back. Well done and thank you to everyone involved, I'm so grateful. I think some of the more negative reviews are for the General Practice/GP's/Medical Practice and not Kingston Hospital Outpatients.
