Total waste of time it's just a car parking space now. No one answered the doors or the doorbells you are waste off time. Tell me neighborhood office zombies what is the purpose of you now !!! You don't do no work only messing people around and messing up people's rent arrears up and people can't even get a transfer form from you. You are just a call centre for repairs. When your repairs men doing any work. You all need to be turf out so we can put a school there and make the building useful. Because you lot are a waste of space!!!

When I first moved to Kingstanding the office was a great place to sort out repairs and sort out any other issues you have but now, you can’t get into the building, they talk to you by the door this was before covid came, the office seems a waste of resources and money now it’s just a office.
