Rat infested properties. Constant leaks damaging property. TRIED to stop me getting my deposit back by using underhand tactics and giving DPS incorrect contact details. Fire in the property due to untested electricals. Environmental standards had to attend due to Homepoint not doing necessary checks. Tried to charge me for damages done before I even lived in the property. Would rather be on the streets than ever use homepoint again (there's probably less rats on the streets too!!)

Do not have this company manage your property. Have elderly family members with property ‘managed’ by the Kingstanding branch who have not received rent from a property for a year. Having asked the question why I was told they have done everything they can. We are now having to instruct external solicitor to try and look into the situation but as you can imagine a year without rent for an elderly couple is not very nice.
