We had a cylinder installed October 2018 it has been leaking from the top our plumber has been says the whole cylinder needs replacing and too contact Kingspan. We have been sent a form to complete by Kingspan and we are now waiting to for them to decide what to do! In the meantime we are two old age pensioners without any water at all cold or hot.
