I had changed the element in our oven and upon putting the oven back together, it didn't work at all, not even the clock, so I called Kingsnorth Appliance Repairs. He came today and has fixed my oven and its now working again, (which has pleased the whole family 😁). A great, friendly, professional and very helpful service. Mark is an absolute hero! Our oven blew on Friday night, we were expecting it to take ages to get it fixed and a hefty bill. I messaged Mark Saturday morning at 10am enquiring about a repair and he had already fixed my oven by 2:30pm. Honestly the quickest service I have ever received and for a great price too! We contacted Mark about taking a look at our washer/dryer, which had a burned out live wire to the heating element. Once we'd confirmed, he came the same day and sorted the problem in less than half an hour with a crimp butt splice. We realised we'd met him before (we think our old landlord was a customer) and are similarly happy with his work this time around. Having used Hotpoint for previous issues (and there have been a few) we found KAR much quicker, easier and cheaper. Service: Washing machine repair
