3 times I have phoned these doctors about my next door neighbour who is 98. 3 weeks ago they said they were gonna send a district nurse one still hasn't come out and the receptionists have been so rude.

The appointment always full infact ringing the same day within 8-9 am. No booking in advanced.Waiting to answer but unlucky to get to see GP. We were here 11 years but the system getting so poor. Walk in centre really disappointed as they cannot retrieve the record from GP!!

Phoned at 8am, 30 minutes later no appointments, told to phone 8am following day, probably to be told no again, asked about online booking, she said the line was bad and hung up on me. looked to book online and it says contact surgery for user name and password, joke. After 34 years decided to move doctors, it's ridiculous, they need to change their system, I didn't need same day appointment just to book in would have been fine.
