went here last night after passing it and thought it looked very cool, they had a wide range of band t-shirts, frames and vinyls not only that the staff were absolutely lovely. would definitely go here again

I’ve been here twice now the first time was just last week and I got a great stranger things framed poster and a few other bits which were really well priced, i came back today to get more stuff and once again the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, asking questions about your items and such. Today I was served by the same person as last week, he asked me about my liking for stranger things and then went and got me a poster from the back as a free gift!!! I was beyond shocked and so grateful. I would 110% recommended giving this store a visit!! I know I will definitely be going back.

I'm very impressed with this store. Not only are the staff friendly, but they are extremely dedicated to making sure the customer is top priority. My experience here is a very positive one. Hope you're all sitting comfortably... I needed replacement saddles for my bass guitar that has a Badass bridge 2 installed on it. So as you can imagine it required like for like parts. Upon entering the store, I was met by friendly and welcoming staff. I was made to feel valued even before anything was purchased. The member of the team who served me asked about what I needed. He very kindly had a look for spare parts on the website that MusicStorepro uses to order certain parts in. He did mention to me that they (Allparts) don't always update there site, (GRRR) 😅 It appeared on the website that they didn't have any saddles in stock so he very kindly put a request in with the website and said he would chase it up with the company and get back to me. He took my contact number down, and I left the store confident with how things were left. This was Wednesday afternoon. Friday morning, I received a call from a team member who informed me they had spoken to Allparts and got an estimated time of delivery. I was told that the part would be in store within the following week and that I would be called again. I thanked him for taking time out to let me know and was happy with the communication that I had received. On the day that the part had arrived I had a call from the store in the morning letting me know that the saddles were in store and all I had to do was come in and pay for them. I thanked him for the call and headed to the store after work. Upon entering, I was remembered and greeted very professionally. After the exchange of payment and goods, I left the store extremely happy with the whole experience 🙂 The store should be proud to have such a customer focused dedicated team who are very knowledgeable in the products that are available. If there's ever a staff party, then I hope management will get them all a few drinks in for their hard work, dedication, and commitment 🍻👍 Overall, it was a fantastic team and service, and I would highly recommend it. 10/10.

First and foremost, there's nothing wrong with the staff or the service. What I have found with this store is just how limited it is. It you want t shirts or vinyl, a guitar or a ukulele, band pictures or mugs, yeah, they're OK. But anything beyond that, you're out of luck. Went in looking for even just a basic bass, they don't do them. If you want a beginners keyboard, they don't do them. Sheet music?? Nope. It's frustrating, and more a novelty store than a serious music store
