I contacted this firm to help with a case. The person who answered the phone said she would get the relevant solicitor to call me back. I didn't hear anything. The solicitor has a direct line listed on the website. I called that number, no answer, so I left a VM. I still didn't hear back. A month later, I call them again to say I tried to get in touch and didn't hear back. The person who answered the phone said they would get the relevant department to call back. At the same time, I also emailed the solicitor directly as their email address was available on the website. Another month later, still no reply. Either this firm don't want my business, and if that's the case, I would prefer they have the guts to say that directly. Or, they have a serious communication issue, and therefore I don't think it would be smart to use them anyway.

I was inside an urgent, time sensitive situation, and contacted 10 immigration offices all at the same time, and had to push forward with the first office that could get my paperwork done. They managed to catch my attention first, and pushed forward quickly. After submitting paperwork, and pushing to process; I did check reviews and was a bit nervous to see a 3.8 review. I said to myself; if they can get this done within the time frame needed, and we get it approved, I will come back to give them a 5 star review. They got this done, while other law offices hesitated. They knew exactly what to do; and they came thru. All I care about is whether or not they get it accomplished; everything else is trivial. Results is KING. Definitely will continue using their legal services.
