FAQ

How do you source your honey and ensure its quality?

We source our honey from our own honeybee colonies and from local beekeepers who follow sustainable beekeeping practices. We ensure the quality of our honey by regularly testing it for purity and ensuring it is free from any additives or contaminants.

What types of honey do you offer and what are the differences between them?

We offer a variety of honey types, including wildflower, clover, and lavender honey. The differences between them are based on the nectar sources that the bees use to create the honey, which results in different flavors and colors.

Can you provide information on the sustainability practices used in your honey production?

We prioritize sustainability in our honey production by using natural and organic methods to care for our honeybees and their habitats. We also work with local beekeepers who share our values and use sustainable beekeeping practices.

Poor café service We visited the café and decided to have hot cross buns which were on offer at the counter. They arrived uncut, untoasted and cold, on a plate with two pats of butter. We were not impressed. We feel we should have been informed that they were not going to be toasted.
