Called up at 8:30 constantly with “lines busy” until 8:40 yesterday for them to finally answer but no appointments left. They gave me an appointment for today @7:00pm which doesn’t make sense as they shut @6:30pm. Got a call @2:30 today from receptionists saying they got the time wrong and my drs actually going to call @7:15pm for which I have waited over an hour to receive a call and still nothing ! Not happy as it’s an ongoing issue which started last year and nothings been sorted about it, despite calling multiple times throughout the year and them diagnosing me with something over the phone without them actually seeing the problem !

Called in at 8:30, lines been busy and I have been constantly ringing in, 8:37 the phone answers and all appointments have been took? Clearly must be another way to book your appointments that people clearly are not aware about... I wouldn't care if the appointment was for me but its for my kids... so not happy with this atall as this isn't the first time. Reception staff need training, don't know her name but she needs to learn how to communicate properly.
