Where do I start. Terrible dentist practice I do not recommend at all. I thought my previous dentist practice was bad which left me in hideous pain and 3 years of healing sinus infection . Then went here and 3 years on the same tooth is still not good. Dentists leave all the time I was on my 4th or 5th until I finally had had enough of this total disregard for me and the health of my teeth I left last week September 2022 .the manager is the rudest person I have ever had to speak to just blames yourself and no one else . Waiting months in pain just to wait to have a root canal treatment is not my fault!!. And then the shoddy filling that was put in by the terrible dentist fady who did my terrible root canal 5 months later I learn that it was leaking cracked the whole time so that is why I have still been in pain. Then they wanted to out my money up because my teeth are obviously have not been looked after by them. The bloody cheek. Worst experience I have ever had with a dental practice and that is saying something!.writing this to make myself feel better and to get it out my head.

I have recently joined Kingclere dental practice as a private patient and I had extremely bad tooth ache, I call the practice and the reception were amazing, kind and very welcoming and I was offered an apt the same day and was prescribed some antibiotics. A week later I had a root canal treatment with Dr Mathews, and I can honestly say it was the most painless procedure I have had done at a dentist. I have recently move from an NHS practice to kingsclere and will not go back.

She did an excellent job of scaling and polishing my teeth and gave me some really good information on how to take care of my teeth and gums. Highly recommended practice will definitely be returning

Requested to have a scale and polish with dental hygienst. Was informed i could not see the dental hygienst without having first had an appointment with the dentist. They changed their mind saying some hygiensts could see clients without a dentist. Fee quoted was higher than was written on website. Reception, Dental Hygiest and Assistant were all very friendly, engaging and professional. Informed during the treatment that no polishing or ultrasonic tools could be used due to Covid 19 restrictions. Treatment could not be completed due to time contraint and informed to book another appointment. Email sent requesting a possible discount in rate as had expected a full treatment in one. As there was no response i decided to call was informed that my email had been responded too and that i would not receive a discount and would i like to cancel my next appointment. The treatment has not been completed I have to attend the next appointment. I waited for the official response via email, nothing arrived. I sent a followup email and was told by an annoymous person not to email the company but to email the dental practice concerned. I was thinking about spending thousands of pounds on private dental care but my expectations I guess would have been too high to have expected clear and prompt communication.
