I previously gave Kingsbury Stone a five star review after viewing experience. However, once purchase went through at Parkhaus development there are a long list of things promised by the agents that did not eventuate ranging from a rooftop cinema to rails in the wardrobes. I understand from several other buyers that Kingsbury Stone were aware of these. Hence changing review star rating. I will remove this comment and rating when my issues are resolved.

They are sales people so they will tell you what you want to hear, but then fail to keep you updated on all the failures and delays of your development. It is impossible to know where you are at. Very disappointed.

They took took screenshots of photographs of my property and used them on a random listing and have ignored my repeated emails asking them to take the pictures down. As far as I can tell, this estate agent is totally fraudulent. They’re advertising a flat that doesn’t exist - presumably to get people to contact them so they can try and sell them another listing. I would never trust them and I have reported them to Rightmove.
