Windows are of a decent standard. However Beware, we was quoted within our price for our windows to be installed by 2 fitters x 3 days and for small scaffolding over conservatory possibly required. We had one fitter turn up for 2 days, no scaffolding required. No explanation of why we were charged the 6 wages and no deduction to date offered. They also do not reply to emails. Also ignore the offer of the refer a friend or come back as a loyal customer and get money off as this does not apply neither. Based on the fact my emails have not been answered regarding my outstanding questions, the way I feel we was deceived with the extra days for wages which they clearly knew could be reduced if they sent one fitter to cut and throw our windows out instead of removing them by 2 fitters, make sure you ask all these questions if you are considering using this company. The windows and window seals all had little nicks in, but they did return unannounced to rectify the issues, (lucky someone was at home on the day of the visit). I cannot say I am entirely happy overall, not considering the price we paid and I am sure other companies could offer the same or better for a cheaper price and would be more upfront and honest with better customer care. Therefore I feel I have been very generous still and give 3 stars overall.

I highly recommend kingsbridge from the start down to the call And the after service. Very pleased with our sash windows and the discount applied. Was originally going to use a local company but was impressed with the 10 year warranty I received.

Not worth dealing with as this company will probably go bust again such as the last Kingsbridge did. They use Victorian Slider windows which are awful, they do not last. Please spend a bit more money and deal with a professional company that will not go bust and offer professional support.

Since showing initial interest, we decided against going with shutters for our home. We have been called multiple times and then when I answered and explained we wouldn't be taking it any further, I was hung up on. I was polite and explained why, but clearly just wanted the sale so moved onto the next poor customer!

We were interested in having double glazing so when we were cold called, were prepared to go further. We were told in the cold call that while there was no government grant available towards double glazing anymore, companies had put together their own form of grant (not exact words). A pleasant man came to see us and as I had told the cold caller, I told him that we would not be making a decision that day. He explained there was no grant but there were ways the cost could be reduced. He explained everything very fully to us and we were impressed. He told us the price which was over £19,000. When it came to the conditions to receive money off there were several which we could comply with the final condition was that we signed up then and there at which point the cost would come to over £13,000. I told him we had already said we were not prepared to sign today so the company gave us two days grace. We phoned a relative who recommended we try the company who installed his double glazing. Their estimate is for just under £8,000. My advice is always to get another estimate.
