Lovely staff, really helped me with my light sensitivity/photophobia. Gave me 40% dimmed contact lenses so I can now go outside more without always needing sunglasses, don't notice them once they're in but just take the edge off. Excellent for sports, social situations that don't want sunglasses in, if I just want a day without sunglasses then I can put these in. Felt very comfortable & looked after, clearly an expert in the field but just a personable caring guy too. I'm now so much more able to do things outside the house, much less stand-out in social situations etc

I never thought I would be able to wear contacts. Previously I had a really unprofessional appointment at spec savers; where he was inpatient and he kept sighing under his breath due to my struggles in my efforts to place my contact in my eye. This really put me off. Helen at King's Walk gave support and time. Reassuring me that I was doing great. I had no pain from trying. I was able to fit my contacts and now wear them regularly. Can not recommend Helen and kings walk contact centre enough.

I had never heard of Ortho K lens before and they are one of the few suppliers of them in Nottingham. The staff have been professional, friendly and informative without being pushy sales people. They’ve given great advice and answered all my questions. Already seeing great results with my Ortho K lens, pricing very good value for consultation and first lens, monthly payments after that include a lot of support and aftercare. Go supprt a local business - would highly recommend.
