Life time care club....is it though? Took my cat in for her " yearly health check and vaccination" as part of the club. The vet asked if there were any changes or concerns. I mentioned weightloss but eating and drinking well...she is 13 years old. The vet decided not to give the vaccination instead suggesting a blood test...(which they couldn't do) What she DID NOT say, was that the consultation she was giving then became an "illness" consultation....not covered by the £15 monthly fee for the Lifetime care package. So ...having been charged over £50 for what amounted to two pills....we of course queried the cost. Believing that the annual health check was covered by the monthly fee. Better than any solicitors, or insurance company trying to get out of a payout....the wording belies the fact that the you only get a "once over" IF you get vaccinations. As the vaccination was denied. ...it then became a chargeable consultation. Extremely disappointing and not a little duplicitous......so basically £150 a year for...well, a booster.

Our family bunny suffered a heart attack recently. Within 20mins they came out in the very early hours of a Saturday morning. We didn't catch the young vets name but he showed such a huge amount of compassion and sympathy. We've used these vets for a while now and can't fault their level of service to us and our pets. Thank you 😊
