I will give them 2 stars on count of previous orders, but they deserve minus 2 for the last one. I ordered 5 amnesia seeds, and received each seed was a different species. I couldn't believe how could that accidentally happen. I got a lot of problems because of that.

Ordered peas in October with allotment society. Peas were (jan to March sowing).Nearly in March now 4 months and still not received them.already 2 sowing behind as I sow early to beat the pea moth.why?put them in the catalogue if they can't supply them.will be using dt browns next year a company who's more reliable.kings are quick to take your money,if they haven't got the stock they should refund your money straight away.

Really surprised that having placed an order on 10 November 2020 and being debited on 11 November, I never received an ackknowledgement. I assumed they were busy and with Co-vid allowed some leeway. After 11 weeks I tried 'phoning (voicemail reply saying they were very busy!),and several e mails, I still haven't been contacted and having paid over £51 I am really annoyed. I am going to have to bite the bullet and order from a reliable supplier D.T. Brown (who have delivered part of an order) as otherwise I won't have anything to plant on my allotments. Post script - having posted the above I have been corresponding with the Managing Director of Kings seeds, and must say I am impressed by her trying to expedite the order. As I said it just takes communication to address issues, and she has demonstrated why she is the Managing Director.Wish there more Unfortunate that I now have double the amount of potatoes I need!!(and I did not order from D.T Brown as they didn't have the varieties!) Due to Tracy I am changing my one star to five just for being on the ball.

Recently ordered 9 packets of seeds from Kings Seeds which arrived about a week after ordering. I received 9 packets, but unfortunately two of the packets were not what I had ordered. However after emailing Kings Seeds about this they responded very quickly, saying they would send me the missing seed packets at no extra cost, the missing packets arriving promptly within a few days. Since this is a busy time of the year (not to mention the additional pressures 2020 has brought) some mistakes are inevitable and I was very happy with the response I received - much better than my experience with other seed companies like Thompson and Morgan!
