Having had my property rented with Kings for a couple of years the letting team were always helpful. Then I decided to sell. And I cannot fault the service I have received from the whole team. The sale took an amazing 12 months to complete but James and Colin were helpful throughout. I’m sure I drove them mad with my calls on a regular basis but they were always happy to talk and made the process so much easier. I can’t recommend this team enough. Booked a viewing online and didn't recieve a confirmation. Tried calling and emailing with no reply about a property for around 2 weeks. Finally got a call back saying it had sold the day before. Asked why I hadn't had a call back or email etc and they had no answer. Would not recommend.
