Fantastic experience. Hospital is very clean and staff are all friendly and always willing to help. Food was tasty too. Only downside is that there is very little parking.

My experience at Kings Park Hospital was exemplary. I interacted with a range of services: surgery, pre op, post op, nursing care, physiotherapy, radiography, catering and to a person they were helpful and keen to help. I don't want to mention any names as I may miss someone out and would hate to do that as everyone made me stay easy. Nothing was to much trouble. I'm very grateful.

I have been a private patient of other private healthcare hospitals and recently had a 3 hour operation under local anaesthetic being the first for me as usually have a general but was treated with the upmost kindness, caring and respect by theatre staff, doctors and nurses couldn't commend enough whilst my Consultant Surgeon being her first type of procedure was of the most highest professional standard who goes the extra mile to give you her care and support who explained everything in detail etc so had great confidence and trust in her too. Not as big a hospital as Ross Hall but certainly had the care an attention and well run and managed putting the other private health care hospitals to shame.

Highly impressed with the friendly and compassionate staff who provided clear information, support and reassurance during my general anaesthetic operation today. From the receptionist to Karen the day nurse, Nicola and the night shift nurse, thank you for taking time and being patient. I genuinely appreciated this. The surgeon, Mr Rodgers and the Anaesthetist were just lovely and also delivered a genuine and authentic positive patient experience. Thank you. I would highly recommend this hospital site due to the people (as described) Thank you also to all the staff I haven’t mentioned behind the scenes.

Everything went as planned. Meeting with consultant and anaesthetist first thing. Constant support from named nurse Steph. Toas+soup+sandwich were very good and very welcome. Meeting with physio went well. Exercise programme and follow up appointments arranged. Suture removal and consultant follow up arranged. Discharge procedure VERY COMPREHENSIVE. Thanks for everything.

The staff at KP hospital were all amazing. Everyone was caring and friendly. I mainly bonded with nurse Stephanie, she was fantastic! She kept me well informed about everything. She answered any queries/doubts I had and was extremely helpful and put me at ease. She encouraged and pushed me to do things I didn’t think I was ready for but it turned out I was ready and she was right. I felt well looked after and cared for throughout my stay. 😊 xx
