I self discharged from this hospital after just 9 days (even though I still needed to be there) due to having to file a formal CQC complaint against them as a result of gross negligence during my time there. An excess of broken glass was found in the secure courtyard as well as sharp thorns which were reported on multiple occasions, unprofessional staff members revealing confidential information about other patients, staff calling a patient a “bitch” and another telling a patient to shut their mouth multiple times, staff using their phones on the ward and falsifying checks on high risk patients, unlawful blanket restrictions, and much much more. In my opinion this hospital is too unsafe to be in operation and should be closed for patient safety and well-being

If this staff member doesn't work in this hospital, my experience would be great. She opened the window of the bathroom door while I was using the toilet. All staff members did not do this. She is the only staff member who did this. To be honest if this person doesn't work in this hospital, I would give this hospital 5 stars. I love king Norton family. I pulled her hair and 🤬 her. She really deserved that.
