Took my Skoda in as air conditioning/ heater had stopped working. Also had some electrical issues affecting doors and window, always tricky to find the problem and resolve. Spoke to Nigel and decided to get air con sorted only. He worked hard and it took a little longer than expected due to him finding it more difficult than expected to access fan but he did it and went over and above- he also sorted the other two problems out unexpectedly.
