Booked a cab from Luton Airport for a drop off in Kings Langley and Bushey. Driver dropped my friend to Bushey first as it was more convenient for him to get back to Hemel. Can you imagine after a long flight, I couldn’t understand why I wouldn’t be dropped first in KL seeing as I live closer to Luton, instead I was stuck for 20 minutes to Bushey and 20 back, so an extra 40 minutes travelling at midnight. I am the one who obviously uses KL cars as I live here. Not my friends in Bushey. Won’t be booking again. Very disappointed.

Local user, multiple times I have tried to use this service from the station, always rude and blunt on the phone, most recently hung up on me when they said no cars were available which is most un-encouraging as a young female getting home from the station late at night, would always use kings cars over kings Langley cars, much more friendly!!!
