Unless you live local outsider don't count. I needed a new car key battery, everytime I've passed it wasn't open then today I see it was open so popped in for a replacement battery. The service was quick and reasonably priced but I mentioned I hadn't used this place before to which I was told "it was new" followed by a reply "been here 12years" then he was more interested in the customer behind me who uses the store for vapes regularly. Not living in kingshill I don't regularly look for places until they are needed you happened to be the first place I see and I exspect better customer service.
