Bought a car with a 3 year warranty package. Clutch was replaced under this warranty no problem. However the aircon required repair and was told the warranty company would not cover. After contacting the warranty company we found the garage had not even contacted them just assumed was not covered. I have asked them on several attempts to submit my claim to see if it is covered they even took pictures to do this. After waiting 5 weeks + I have given up getting any kind of cooperation with this garage. I chased a million times and to be told yes we will do it today. It has been left so long that the warranty company would not even cover now. Do not sell warranty packages when you can’t be bothered to deal with them. We paid £500 for the warranty so would expect a better service. Will not be using this garage for repairs/servicing any more either and will be advising everyone to avoid. Service: Air conditioning

Week up to Christmas battery and alternator went. This garage is across the road and went in. They were fully booked but would come over, get the car started and look at it in the garage. These guys saved my Christmas as they worked on it between jobs up to 1 hour closing for Christmas weekend. Expensive Christmas but very thankful to them.
