It is not possible ti give 0 stars. I rang for a tv repair and recieved my quote. The driver did not return my change, 2 weeks later the same issue occurred again. I spoke with them to arrange collection. They did not come to collect. They are now not answering my calls or messages. This business does not do repairs they send them to TA Electronics in ward end. They also will not answer my calls or messages. I would avoid this scam business. They take very little care in repair and once they have your money they go back on their guarentee and ignore you. I have reported to trading standards and they are aware. I Had an email stating the owner had responded to this issue. It asked me to get back intouch with them. I have tried to do so on multiple occasions now. They keep promising to have it looked at again but never collect. The reply has now been removed and yet again I am being ignored. I have a screen shot of the email notifying me of a responce. But it is no where to be seen??

Had my TV back lights replaced, then received my TV back and ended up with bright spots in the middle of the screen, tuck them 3 weeks to come get it... They replaced the back lights again and the TV was delivered back to me and yet again the bright spots are back so in my eyes shoddy work one they have your cash they don't care so I would not recommend them at all hence the one star, what a joke of a company

Came out prompt backlght gone failed to return on time or day stated after returning television less than 30 mins later same thing backlght again phoned back said they would pick up the television and look at it again Failed to arrive ignored all calls on all numbers did not reply to text Went round to the house nobody would answer even though somebody was in Avoid these they will rip you off Sent email stating all consumer acts still nothing Cowboys
