For me 3/5 exemplifies my emotions towards the library as moderate. I have not been in many years and this fact is linked to my point it is:run down, old, neglected architecturally and is over run by certain communities causing uncomfortableness for certain people excluding my self. It has potential to be said my renovations however I fell as if they council do not care enough. This is my opinion

I used to like this place but, over the last year or so I have found inappropriate remarks made by the Asian members of staff who have also been harsh and nasty when dealing with my enquire. No Muslim community, organisation, University of Birmingham, Conservative government and the Media has the right to harass a person or their family, especially for years!
