Absolutely amazing,my pc was knackered. Darren found the fault for me and helped me upgrade my pc. He fitted the parts and had it all working for me the next day. I highly recommend this shop and will use it again. If I could give more stars I would.

I was recommended by the manager of the phone shop on the high street because he hadn’t got a power pack for my iPhone. I told him this at kings Heath computer this when entering his shop he said he sends all the nutters here which didn’t go down well with me. So I wasn’t going too spent any of my money there. As I was leaving the shop he said go and be nutty at an other shop. Not a very nice man and rude. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using this shop.

They revived a laptop for me that another shop said was scrap after they had it for over a week! I wasn't convinced and bought it to Kings Heath Computers after 2 weeks of being fobbed off. Sorted with an new SSD...no problem or fuss. Just a shame that it was over christmas and I spent a load on a new laptop for work!

The motherboard on my old laptop was trashed so i asked these guys to take all my photos and documents off hard drive and to put on a memory stick for me..They did better than that,they took the hard drive out and made it to an external drive which i can plug into my desktop..Brilliant..I was so impressed..great job guys..Im definately using you again and would very highly recommend to anybody....Thanx again...jon and lynette👍👍👍👍👍👍
