I had laminate flooring in my hallway done by a member of their staff last month. It looks awful. I didn't notice until he left but the beading around the floor is crooked. I've taken the beading off and it's shocking how he has cut the floor. I've been into the shop several times. The owner keeps saying he'll send someone out but no one has been to rectify it.

Me and my fiancé had our flooring done all through the house, from the start it was a mess around saying the flooring was in stock when it wasn’t then having to wait for it to be delivered then when it was delivered they kept moving the days, once they had completed it it’s been 3 months and there are marks all over the floor and when hoovering the flooring comes up with it, you should be able to hoover the floor without it coming up and marks, we have rang them 4 times and they said they will come fix it the next day but did they turn up? No! Awful service and awful flooring! We also had our bathroom done the flooring round the sides are awful and goes up with bath, still waiting for it to be sorted! Do not waste your money I wish we didn’t but seemed like it had brilliant reviews!
