    I am so impressed by this shop I had 2 pictures that my mum had painted and she’d passed away so I took them here to be framed. Peta was so helpful and kind and efficient she helped choose the perfect colour frame and style for my paintings. I took a while to pick them up as I was a little emotional but from the minute I walked in she was so lovely and helpful the frame brought out the beauty of the paintings and I was really happy. Thank you peta for your kindness and obvious professionalism I won’t hesitate to come back.

    This Shop was beautifully displayed, all very clean after refurbishment and filled with inspiring products-,Pictures and Papers of all kinds.The silk Flowers are beautiful and candles & soaps make wonderful presents.The Staff could not be kinder or more thoughtful.Such a brilliant Experience.

    I am quite taken aback by the "one star" comments amongst these reviews - they do not reflect my experience in any way. As a customer now for a quarter of a century I have seen Kings Framers grow from a very modest start to their current excellence. Not only is the bespoke framing that they undertake invariably immaculate but their advice and personal "hanging" expertise invariably brings praise. Their shop is a joy to behold with a good range of unusual gifts, cards and prints etc. Highly recommended personal service by a dedicated team.

    Beautiful shop but in the 5 years that I have been visiting I have never had a good experience with customer service. Never been greeted and always snobby. I went into for example with my partner who said he saw the two women at the counter staring at me and when I picked something up were shaking their head at me (I had sanitised my hands etc so no reason for this). I was about to purchase some things but he said to me quietly that he thought we should go as he did not like their attitude and did not want to give them any custom. It's a shame that sales assistants feel the need to make customers feel uncomfortable in this way, especially in these times when I think it is important to be supporting local businesses.

    The only picture framers i trust! Since moving out of lewes i always travel back when ever i want any thing done. The hand finishing and level of care is exceptional.
