I had a very disappointing experience with King's Driveway when I hired them. Not only did they leave the job unfinished, but they also overcharged me for their incomplete work. Additionally, they left me with a weak gate that needed fixing. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received, and I regret using this company for my project. Despite their charming and nice demeanor, I would not recommend King's Driveway to anyone in the future. To make matters worse, Karl, the person in charge of the project, was difficult to get hold of when I needed to discuss my concerns. Overall, I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the experience.

No updates throughout job, people turned up whenever they could without arranging, uneven finish coating, already crumbling printed concrete after a month, put our gates back wrong and after a month still have them to adjust. Spent an awful lot on something that isn't finished to scratch. Update: 3 months later still nothing changed. I now classify them as Cowboy builders. Don't use them.
